What areas in Essex do you cover for the 2025 Season?
Here is a handy map that shows the areas we currently cover. We are based near Tiptree, and work on roughly a 10-12 mile radius. To keep our prices competitive and economical for you, we group jobs according to area and demand. There may be a slightly longer wait for areas that don't have as many customers, but don't let that put you off. We will always try and get to you as soon as possible. If your postcode isn't shown orange, please do still get in touch as we are always open to serving new areas if the demand is there. We can say, however, that we are unable to serve inside the M25 at this time.

​​​Why do you have an hourly charge instead of a flat rate?
The simple answer is so that you are only charged for what your machine requires. Each machine has a different need. Whilst we have standard protocols for our services, some machines will need more than others. Repairs also come with their individual set of issues. Having an hourly rate will mean we are able to keep the total bill as economical for you as possible.

Do you accept card payments?
Yes, we are able to accept all credit and debit cards, along with cash and BACs transfers.

Do you work on battery powered machinery?
We don't work on cordless electric garden machinery. We only work on machines that use fuel in the engines.
